We make every effort to solve disputes at the pre-litigation stage through mediations, settlements or arbitration. We conduct negotiations on behalf of our clients aimed at reaching the desired outcome without the need to initiate court proceedings.
With respect to court disputes, our office offers the service of representing clients before common, administrative or arbitration courts as well as the Polish Patent Office and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
